The Club regularly runs training courses. This is an ideal opportunity to be trained by the best. You do't have to be an iron man or woman. You'll be surprised at how much you can learn.
Basic Resuscitation
10 - 13 years - a great introduction to life saving techniques
Surf Rescue Certificate
14 years - necessary to compete at State Championships
Bronze Medallion
15 years - internationally recognised
